OVERVIEW

The best climbers tackle both boulder problems and routes with explosive, dynamic power that relies more on momentum, precision timing, and more on their legs and core than on brute finger or pull-up strength. In this course, professional climber Carlo Traversi will teach climbers of all levels how to move dynamically, which will radically change the way you approach climbing. Plus, there’s a good chance you’ll wow other climbers with your dyno style.

You’ll Learn

  • Foot placement for efficient and effective dynamic movement
  • How to improve your movement and train your muscles to work together dynamically
  • How and when to control the target hold and time your landing
  • Strengthening exercises you can do to make dynamic movement more effortless
  • Specific dynamic moves you can try at the gym or the crag
